Blustery Day

One of the most powerful winter storms in years rode into Northern California this weekend aboard the jet stream from the southwest Pacific.

We all (especially Ryan) looked in absolute slack jaw awe as we came upon an eight story tall, fifty foot around evergreen tree pulled and fully out of the ground, on it's side on New Years Day in our apartment complex. When Ryan and I went around the yellow tape to see the fallen mammoth the base of the tree and roots must have been around 12 ft high.; 1/04/2006 11:29:00 PM
