Hurricane Dennis has everyone around the Gulf of Mexico nervous. In the days to come, you will hear a lot about storm surge, one of the big concerns in Category 3 hurricane conditions. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a wonderful Web page with animation that explains this danger.
