Well, as much as it's a shame they are basically giving more to avoid bad press, at least they're giving more. I mean surely someone could have foreseen the comparisons between the amount for aid, and the cost of the inaguration! I really wish these types of events would make us more "conservative" with our imperial agenda - wouldn't it be great if we were able to prepare for unavoidable threats rather than creating disasters ourselves?
